All services provided by Mails.ai are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to their selected subscription plan and its associated features through their online account at https://app.mails.ai.
There is no physical delivery associated with our services. The full value of your subscription is considered delivered at the time of payment, as access to the platform and all tools is instant.
We strongly encourage users to test the platform during the available free trial period (if offered) before committing to a paid plan.

Mails.ai is designed to be self-serve and supported by AI-driven systems. Most questions and technical issues are resolved through automated help. If an issue remains unresolved, a human team member may manually review the case when necessary.
