Mails.ai is a digital subscription-based SaaS platform designed to improve email deliverability through features such as email warm-up, inbox rotation, sender reputation monitoring, and automated outreach tools. 

This policy outlines how we fulfill our services, handle cancellations, and approach refund requests. By subscribing to Mails.ai, you agree to the terms below.

1. Fulfillment Policy

All services provided by Mails.ai are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to their selected subscription plan and its associated features through their online account at https://app.mails.ai

There is no physical delivery associated with our services. The full value of your subscription is considered delivered at the time of payment, as access to the platform and all tools is instant. 

We strongly encourage users to test the platform during the available free trial period (if offered) before committing to a paid plan.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • Your access to Mails.ai services begins immediately upon successful payment. 
  • Because of the nature of digital, instantly-accessible tools, we do not offer refunds, whether full or partial. 
  • This includes situations where the service was not actively used, misconfigured, or deemed ineffective for your specific use case.

No exceptions are made for:

  • Forgetting to cancel before renewal 
  • Signing up under the wrong email 
  • Failing to achieve desired results using the tools

We do not offer refunds for switching plans or repurchasing under discounted pricing.

If you're experiencing a technical issue, please contact us at support@mails.ai and we will do our best to assist or clarify the situation. We are committed to providing functional support through automated systems, with manual escalation if required.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, which is linked in your account billing settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. 
  • No further charges will occur after the cancellation is processed. 
  • You will retain full access to all paid features until your billing period ends.

Please ensure cancellations are submitted at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid unintended charges. We are not liable for late cancellations or failed attempts to cancel via third-party platforms or expired login credentials.

4. Support & Dispute Handling

Mails.ai is designed to be self-serve and supported by AI-driven systems. Most questions and technical issues are resolved through automated help. If an issue remains unresolved, a human team member may manually review the case when necessary.

Support inquiries can be made via:

  • In-app chat widget

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without contacting support will be treated as a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Legal Notice

This policy is governed by our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using Mails.ai, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agreed to this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
